Library Card Request

Certain conditions apply to granting a card:

  1. Fill in all the requested information.
    (Well, the web site is optional).
  2. The school is contacted to verify that it requires the book as a text for the Course Name indicated.

Upon qualification a Username and Password (the "Library Card") is sent to the email address you provide.
